Great Location for exploring Zakopane for a short stay.... Good location, very near to the main street. Apartment was clean and cozy. There was a balcony which was great to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The apartment is good for a family of 3. We had a great stay overall. Zakopane is a magical town for winter activities. Loved it:)I messaged Alexander (point of contact) 1hour before the checkout and she replied saying we need to pay Tourist tax in cash, 36 zt which was not expected suddenly. I said we have already paid in full through booking.com, but she replied saying that this payment is separate and compulsory. It would be better if they mention this earlier, at the day of check in. Luckily I had cash at the moment and I left it on the table along with the keys.
I would request you to inform the future travellers well in advance.

Very nice apartment all as advertised.Bed was really squeaky and mattress uncomfortable. Very bright in the bedroom at night, needs better fitting curtains.
